1.Booking & Payment: All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation to confirm your stay. Prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes.

2.Cancellation & Refund: All bookings are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for cancellations under any circumstances.

3.Date Change: Guests may reschedule their stay to a later date free of charge, provided they notify us at least 14 days before the original check-in date. The new date must fall within one (1) year from the date the change is requested. Date changes are subject to availability; any rate difference will be charged. Requests made less than 14 days before check-in cannot be accommodated. If the rescheduled stay is not used within this one-year period, the booking will be considered forfeited and the hotel reserves the right to cancel it without refund.

4.No-show: Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a non-refundable cancellation.

5.Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a charge.

6.Identification: A valid passport or national ID is required at check-in for all guests.

7.Damages: Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the room or property during their stay and agree to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

8.House Rules: By booking, guests agree to follow the property's house rules, including no smoking or cannabis indoors, no pets, and quiet hours.

9.Liability: The Lodge Koh Kood is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to guests' belongings, or for any incidents arising from scooter rental or island activities.

10.Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, weather, ferry cancellations, government actions, etc.).

11.Privacy: Guest information is collected solely for booking and legal purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
